From the place where our newsletters first began to the stunning views our clients will soon call home, we reflect on a meaningful year at Fairview. In this message, Bryn shares heartfelt gratitude for the trust, partnership, and relationships that continue to define our work—along with a look at how our team has grown stronger, more prepared, and more confident in an ever-changing market.
As we close out the year, we’re reminded of some of the things that matter most to us: integrity, communication, and building lasting relationships alongside exceptional homes. We are deeply thankful for our clients, partners, and community, and we look forward with optimism and excitement to what 2026 will bring.

Milestones In 2025…
✔️ We opened our first model home
since 2018!
✔️ We completed 5 homes for happy clients
✔️ We added 5 new staff members and had three summer interns
✔️ We moved some support staff to our downtown GVL office

MAINTENANCE TIP #1
Before the next weeks of cold overnight temperatures, especially if you’re traveling, make sure your outdoor hose spigots are covered, or turned off completely until mid February when the freeze risk is down.
MAINTENANCE TIP #2
Once again this year ‘Blue Ridge Electric’ is offering a $100 rebate for installing one of their approved smart thermostats. These are especially valuable for second homes so you can program them remotely via bluetooth.
