Here is what our process looks like.

1. CONSULTATION

Every great home begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals, then walk your property together to evaluate the ideal home placement. By considering topography, views, and site conditions, combined with decades of experience, we propose a home placement to maximize both beauty and functionality from day one.

2. PRE-CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN

With your vision aligned, we guide you through every step of design and decision-making. Whether you're starting from scratch, modifying an existing plan, or bringing your own, we collaborate with trusted architects and designers to refine every detail. We help you make interior and exterior selections while proactively identifying elements that impact budget. A comprehensive estimate is developed, reviewed internally as a team, and then presented to you with full transparency, ensuring your design, expectations, and investment remain aligned.

3. PROJECT LAUNCH

Once plans are finalized, budgets approved, and permits secured, we officially launch your project. You'll meet your Fairview field team, including your Project Manager, to review communication, expectations, and next steps. You'll also gain access to your personalized Buildertrend portal, where you can track schedules, view updates, and follow progress in real time. Then, we celebrate the start of construction with your groundbreaking day.

4. CONSTRUCTION OF YOUR HOME

This is where your vision comes to life. Your Project Manager serves as your primary point of contact, providing consistent updates, reports, and guidance throughout the build. Your project benefits from consistent leadership oversight, including weekly reviews with senior leadership, regular site visits, and ongoing coordination between your Project Manager and Superintendent. You're always welcome on-site to walk the home with your Project Manager. If you are building from out of town, you can feel confident knowing your home is being managed with the same care and attention as if it were our own.

5. HOME COMPLETION & TURNOVER

As your home nears completion, we focus on the details that make all the difference. After final finishes, landscaping, and a professional deep clean, our full leadership team conducts a comprehensive walkthrough, creating a detailed punch list for completion. This ensures a smooth and refined final experience. On reveal day, we welcome you home. Your Project Manager will walk you through every feature and function, and you will receive a complete home guide for maintenance and care. From that moment on, the home is yours!
