Walking the Homesite Together

The Fairview team recently joined our clients and architect for an

on-site walkthrough to evaluate the homesite and refine key design details. These collaborative visits help ensure the home is thoughtfully positioned to maximize views, functionality, and the natural

beauty of the property. Time spent together on-site allows for

meaningful conversations and thoughtful decisions that help create a truly personalized home.

Summer Design Trends in Upstate Homes

☀️

As summer arrives in the Upstate, homeowners are focusing on creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Outdoor living areas continue to be a favorite, with covered porches, outdoor kitchens, and inviting gathering spaces designed for entertaining family and friends. Inside the home, warm finishes, thoughtful lighting, spacious pantries, and flexible work-from-home areas remain popular choices. These timeless features help create homes that are comfortable, practical, and perfectly suited for everyday living.

Meet the Talent Behind the Excellence

✨

Bill Fisher, one of our tenured PMs, brings more than a decade of construction experience to Fairview, including five years as a union electrician that gives him a unique, hands-on understanding of how a home comes together from the inside out. His technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have made him a trusted leader during his years with Fairview. Originally from Ohio, Bill relocated to the Greenville area and quickly made the Upstate home. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his beautiful wife, and their golden retriever, Maverick.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE TIP

Summer heat can put extra stress on your home's exterior. Take time to inspect caulking around windows, doors, and exterior penetrations for cracks or gaps. Replacing worn sealants helps prevent moisture intrusion, improves energy efficiency, and keeps conditioned air from escaping during the warmer months.
