The 2026 International Builders’ Show!

A few members of our team recently attended the International Builders’ Show in Orlando. While there, we explored the latest innovations shaping construction, design, marketing, and technology within the residential building industry.

Educational sessions led by respected industry experts, and our conversations with leading builders, designers, and technology innovators provided valuable insights we were excited to bring back to our leadership and field teams.

Just as important, the trip gave us dedicated time on the road to exchange lessons learned, share new ideas, and plan strategically for the years ahead, strengthening both our collaboration, communication, and our culture of client service.

We returned energized and inspired, with a renewed focus on implementing innovative solutions that benefit our clients and keep our team at the forefront of emerging trends. It was an excellent time investment!

And a special thank you to Rick Violette of Orlando Helitours for the incredible helicopter ride over Orlando, and Kevin Kennedy of TopHat Limousine for safely delivering us to Orlando and back with the usual grace and hospitality!

As the daytime average temps rise over 10 degrees month over month, your perennials and smaller trees will need watering soon. In the coming weeks, you can safely schedule the start-up of your irrigation system.

A pre-emergent fertilizer/weed blocker applied to your Spring lawn is the next step! (Any areas of street-side grass damaged by salt during the last ice storm will need extra attention)
