MAINTENANCE TIP #1

After all the holiday gatherings, baking, cooking and merriment, January is a really good time to wipe down all your kitchen cabinets, check for loosening hinges, even make note of needed finish touch-ups, and wipe down any stainless appliances, too!

MAINTENANCE TIP #2

While getting ready for the Spring season to come, swap out your HVAC filters while you’re in the house.

Think “dust out” — “fresh in”!

Dryer filters are another item to check.

Lastly, check smoke alarm batteries and the expiration on your fire extinguisher! An ounce of prevention….
