We’ve found that many of our clients have come to the lake communities after falling in love with the lakefront lots with mountain views, having a tie to Clemson, or in all the activities available on the clear Keowee waters. With the cooler temperatures we’ve had it is an excellent time for opening a few windows to air out the house and wipe down your window jambs and sills. Also with the lower humidity any newly cleaned rugs or carpets will dry quickly. A fresh start before the holidays!
